Leslie Bobo, San Diego-based Registered Dietitian and Founder of All About Well, shared her favorite on-the-go breakfast with us! Her recipe packs a big punch with fiber, protein, and heart-healthy antioxidants – the perfect way to refuel your muscles after a good sweat!
1. ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2. ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
3. 1 tbsp. chia seeds
4. ½ banana sliced
5. ¼ cup blueberries
6. 1 tbsp. unsweetened almond butter
7. Cinnamon to taste
Place oats, almond milk, and chia seeds in jar. Mix well and refrigerate over night. In the morning, add the rest of the ingredients to the jar. Enjoy!
