Hey VERVE fam!
Did you know you can book a guest online or in the VERVE Studios app? Here’s how to do it.
- To book a bike for a guest, first you’ll need to purchase a Single Class credit. If you have existing credits, you may use them to book a bike for a guest. Please note: Memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be used to book guests.
- In the app, tap the schedule icon at the bottom, tab to the class day, and then tap “Reserve”.
- Find an open spot and tap the spot to book. You’ll see the option to reserve for “Myself” or “Guest”. Tab to the “Guest” option and if you’d like your guest to receive an email confirmation, enter their email address.
- Click “Reserve Class” and you’ll get a “Congrats! Guest Booked!” message and your guest is all set!
