VERVE Studios will be following the CDC and state of California and county of San Diego regulations guidance with regard to social distancing practices and sanitation. BEFORE CLASS
RESERVATIONS & BIKE SPOTS
Riders must make a reservation before arrival. Login at thevervestudios.com or the VERVE Studios iOS App to make a reservation. We’ve adjusted the bike layout to fit up to 20 VERVE Bikes spaced 6 feet apart.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel a reservation, please do so by 5pm the day before your class. Late cancel or no show results in forfeit of class credit or a $15 penalty for members. Due to limited class size, we will have to be strict on this policy. If you cancel or no-show due to illness, you will not be penalized.
FACE COVERING
Face covering is required when you arrive and before you leave.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Riders must arrive 15-min before class and check-in at least 5-min before class starts. Staff will check-in every rider upon entering the studio or riders can utilize Geo check-in using the VERVE Studios iOS App. If you are not checked in at least 5-min before class, you will not be allowed in class.
HANDWASHING & SANITIZATION
Wash or sanitize hands when you arrive. Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer will be available near the studio entry and the bike room entry.
SHOE RENTALS
Cycling shoe rentals are now $3. Our rental shoes are disinfected after every use with an EPA Registered disinfectant. We have enough clean shoes behind the desk so riders will not get a recently used pair. We recommend you bring your own pair. You can purchase Shimano or TIEM cycling shoes in-studio or online at shopthevervestudios.com and receive 15% off your purchase.
TOWEL SERVICE
A complimentary towel will be provided to you on your bike. We use a commercial laundering service to wash and dry all our towels. You are welcome to bring your own towel from home.
LOCKERS
Every other locker will be available for use. Storage space is limited. Please limit your personal belongings in the studio.
DISINFECTANT WIPES
Disinfectant wipes are available in the bike room if you’d like to double down on cleaning your own bike when you arrive.
HOW TO ENTER BIKE ROOM
Riders can go straight to their bike after they check-in and enter the bike room one person at a time.
BIKE SETUP
Instructors will demo how to set up your bike from the podium. If you need additional setup, a team member will assist you.
DURING CLASS
NO PHYSICAL CONTACT
No physical contact in the bike room. No high-fives or hugs.
FACE COVERING
Once you are clipped in on your bike, you have the option to remove your face mask if you choose since bikes are physically distanced.
AFTER CLASS
HOW TO EXIT BIKE ROOM
Instructors will release riders from the bike room one row one at a time. Please exit the bike room in one person at a time.
