PRIDE Month is a time to honor the LGBTQIA+ community, their history, struggles, and achievements. It’s a reminder of the importance of love, acceptance, and equality for all.
As a fitness studio and community, we hold one of our company core values of “BE INCLUSIVE” close to our hearts. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can feel seen, supported, and valued.

About San Diego LGBT Community Center
The San Diego LGBT Community Center enhances and sustains the health & well-being of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, transgender, nonbinary, immigrant, and HIV communities to the betterment of our entire San Diego region. Guided by a dedicated board and supported by a committed staff and volunteers, its mission is twofold: promoting LGBTQ health and rights. Serving diverse communities including LGBTQ, nonbinary, immigrant, and HIV-affected individuals, The Center’s impact reaches far beyond its 80,000 annual direct service visits. Remarkably, it addresses San Diego’s housing crisis head-on, expanding its programs to offer a continuum of services. From Sunburst Youth Housing to LGBTQ Safe S.T.A.Y., Karibu, and Project Compassion, The Center leads the charge in providing shelter and support. Moreover, their unwavering advocacy and coalition building amplify the voices of marginalized groups, emphasizing that community power is indispensable for the health and well-being of all.
Upcoming PRIDE Events
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming PRIDE-themed classes throughout the month of June and highly anticipated VERVE FOR PRIDE weekend on June 24th and 25th at all our studio locations. Prepare to be energized and inspired as we host our favorite resident live DJ rides, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of love and unity. Proceeds from these classes and events will go towards the San Diego LGBT Community Center.
We are also proud to support local LGBT-owned businesses and will be offering amazing raffle prizes and giveaways throughout the weekend.
