Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Community and Culture: Cultivate and embody the VERVE Studios community and culture within your studio, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Hospitality and Team Motivation: Deliver exceptional hospitality to both members and staff. Motivate your team and hold them accountable to our standards and core values.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships within your studio, including your team, members, and local businesses in the community.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute studio business plans to achieve studio goals, with a focus on lead generation, new member acquisition, and member retention.
- B2B Partnerships and Events: Identify and execute opportunities for business-to-business partnerships, events, and community engagement to enhance the studio’s impact.
- Sales Management: Analyze and manage studio sales scorecards, continuously seeking ways to improve sales performance.
- Team Development: Address studio hiring needs, recruit, onboard, and train new hires. Develop your team through daily check-ins, role-playing, and coaching.
- Inventory and Supplies: Efficiently manage all inventory and supplies to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
- Execution of Initiatives: Ensure the successful execution of all company-wide initiatives within your studio.

MEMBER SUCCESS REPS
As a Member Success Representative (MSR) at VERVE Studios, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our clients and members. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist new clients and members, helping them embark on their fitness journey with us. You will be the first point of contact for individuals walking through our doors, and your ability to build relationships, understand their fitness goals, and provide exceptional support will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome clients and members as they enter the studio, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Understanding Fitness Goals: Engage with clients and members to discover their fitness goals and the reasons behind their commitment to our studio.
- Membership Sales: Effectively communicate the benefits of joining VERVE Studios and assist in acquiring new members.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients and members to create a sense of community within the studio.
- Assist with Manager Tasks: Collaborate with the management team on various tasks related to studio operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and administrative duties.
- Studio Operations/Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure a positive experience for all clients and members.

- Participant Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all class participants by monitoring their progress, offering modifications when needed, and ensuring a safe exercise environment.
- Fitness Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of strength training principles to design and deliver well-rounded workouts that cater to participants’ fitness levels and goals.
- Certified Personal Training: Hold a valid Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a reputable organization.
- CPR/AED Certification: Maintain current CPR/AED certification to respond to any potential emergencies during classes.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with class participants, providing motivation, support, and guidance to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of fitness equipment used in Strength classes.
