STRENGTH
A 45-min full body strength training workout with medium to heavy dumbbells, bands and a mat. This class is designed to help you improve muscular endurance, build strength and increase mobility and athletic performance. Tap into your mental fitness and experience the accountability from working out with a team. Our coaches will guide you through blocks of movement and provide modifications and progressions for all levels.

Q: How to prepare for my first visit?
Arrive 15-min early to meet our team and get setup for your workout. For CYCLE, cycling shoes are required, you can bring your own or rent from us for $3. For mat-based classes, mats are provided.
Q: Are classes for all levels?
Yes! Our classes are designed for all levels and our coaches provide modifications and progressions. You can meet yourself where your at in class. All you have to do is start!
Q: Can I use the trial at both studios?
Yes! You can visit our Oceanside or Del Mar studios during your trial 🙂 You get 3 sessions to use within your first 7 days.
